Brief Answer:
A number of dosage options are available.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Kallmann syndrome is a disease characterized by hypogonadotropic hypogonadism where the testosterone levels are low and therefore need supplementation. Sustanon (testosterone) is therefore given. There are a number of forms and preparations. In injectable form, sustanon 250 mg is usually given once in 2-3 weeks but your doctor would be the best judge what is ideal for you. You can learn more about it from:

Sustanon is unlikely to be related to the mood disturbances. It is just another manifestation of the ailment that you have.

Brief Answer:
Regular medication can help in normalizing your mood.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Sorry for the inadvertent delay. The mood disturbances can definitely be controlled. There are a number of medicines which will help you remain fine. But all those are prescription medicines and need close and periodic monitoring. I would need to request you to visit a psychiatrist for the same.
