Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms of abdominal pain, loss of appetite has no relation with your hyperthyroidism. It can be due to fatty liver or some other liver disorder. You should go for liver function test and ultrasound abdomen. That will give you exact idea. Then take treatment accordingly.

Go for regular exercise. Avoid high fat diet and alcohol.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.

Regards,
Dr Hardik Sanghvi
