I'm 50 years old.i have hyper throid 5 years before.now it is controlled.i have pain in upper right stomach for around 6 years.it was intermittent.my cholesrol level is on boundary.my dr. said that this pain may be due to fatty liver.i feel that the pain increased after long journey.now i lost my appetite.no fever or vomitting.can you explain my problem?please help me.
Your symptoms of abdominal pain, loss of appetite has no relation with your hyperthyroidism. It can be due to fatty liver or some other liver disorder. You should go for liver function test and ultrasound abdomen. That will give you exact idea. Then take treatment accordingly.
Go for regular exercise. Avoid high fat diet and alcohol.
