Hi Dr. I have been going to different ERs and they all said the same thing urine infection I was hurting I had gave up and were trying to just deal with it I called the nurses hot line I told her what was going on with me she told me to go to the ER I went knowing I was going to hear the same thing but this time it was different I had a high fever and my blood pressure were dropping I didn t know all this until they told me why I was being admitted well I m home now for three days and I been taking antibiotics but I feels tired and I started bleeding on yesterday not much it s a pink color I know that I don t have periods cause I m in premenopausal and when I do bleed it would be real heavy cause of the fibroids do you think the UTI is coming back I have been drinking plenty of water what should I do I have appointment in two days yesterday I was cool and then hot I just dealt with it and now today I just feels tired

The first thing you must do is to bring down the body temperature. You can take up to 600mg or paracetamol after food every six hours for this purpose.
Then empirically if you have norfloxacin antibiotic tablets you can have them twice in a day.
In order to confirm if it is a urine infection lab and urinanalysis are mandatory but as you have to wait for two other days I would advise you to follow the above.
The spotting blood from your vagina can also have caused the increased temperature as some fibroids can cause them. Notice if you have any burning sensation or pain during urination, vaginal discharge or skin lesions which can be helpful in identifying the nature of your condition.
