Hi,

There are two strategies,
1. reduce weight, it will lead to cholesterol level decrease.
2. weight reduction plus the dose increase.
For losing weight I would advise you
1. try not to eat after 7 pm
2. eat with small portions, chew slowly and well
3. don't use liquids with meal, drink after 1 hour or before half hours of meal
4. don't eat sweets and fruits after 4 pm
5. avoid fast food and soda
6. try to cut the amount sweets and bread

Hope this helps

Wishing you good health

Regards,
Dr. Baghdasaryan
