Hi,

Hepatitis B infection can be a chronic condition and it is important to manage it properly to prevent further liver damage. Treatment options depend on various factors such as the stage of the infection, the level of liver damage, and the patient's overall health.

If your brother's virus load has increased suddenly, he needs to consult with his doctor and get proper medical treatment. Antiviral medications such as entecavir, tenofovir, and interferon can help reduce the viral load and prevent further liver damage.

It is also important for your brother to take steps to maintain good liver health, such as avoiding alcohol, maintaining a healthy weight, and getting vaccinated for hepatitis A and B to prevent further infections.

As for getting married, your brother needs to inform his partner about his hepatitis B status and take precautions to prevent transmission. The hepatitis B virus can be transmitted through blood and body fluids, including sexual contact. Your brother should also encourage his partner to get vaccinated for hepatitis B.

It is understandable to have concerns about your brother's health and his ability to get married, but with proper medical care and taking the necessary precautions, he can still lead a fulfilling life. Encourage your brother to stay in close contact with his doctor and to take care of his health.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
