Suggest Treatment For Heart And Stomach Burn Symptoms

Hello Doctor,

My mother suffering from heart burn and stomach burn symptoms. She cannot able to eat food properly ,feeling very tired also and nausea.
Doctor advised to take cinta pro tablets and razo 20 mg tablets. Past 2 days she is taking the tablets. But no improvements.
Please suggest us.

Hello,

Functional bowel disorders or psychological stress or infection or a hiatal hernia or pain killer medication intake may present like this. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.

Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks. Avoid gluten and lactose contain food.

If symptoms not improved please consult your gastroenterologist he will examine do upper GI endoscopy and treat you accordingly.
