Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Tremors On Limbs

My husband is a vasculopath. Last week his eyes went blank, and started to seizure in both arms for less than a minute and he blacked out. He had a headache in the back of his head. He has previous strokes. He refused treatment and now his limbs tremor uncontrollably. He won t go to the hospital! Just trying to find out what I can expect at this point! His saphenous vein grafts have all failed and his only blood supply to his heart is the LAD OPEN 10 percent. He has carotid stents and an endarterectomy.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the headache and tremors seem in relation with various possibilities as:

- electrolyte disturbances
- auto antibodies mediated vasculopathy deterioration
- cerebral hypoxia
- alterations in cerebrospinal fluid pressure due to previous stroke changes

* Still if you can provide latest MRI reports of him, I can guide you further precisely in this matter.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
