General & Family Physician, Dr. Priyanka's Response
Hi,
Seeking a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan is important. The symptoms you are experiencing could be related to anxiety, but they could also be related to other medical conditions such as migraines, tension headaches, or neurological conditions. Your doctor may recommend further testing or refer you to a specialist for further evaluation.
Treatment options may include medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, or a combination of these approaches. In the meantime, try to manage your anxiety through relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, or yoga. Make sure to get enough sleep, eat a balanced diet, and avoid triggers that may worsen your symptoms.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
