I had the cortisone shot a few days ago and i took it because my throat wasnt feeling okay and the er said it was anxiety well later on that day my throat was killing me and my head had pressure oh and i think i may have strained my neck earlier in the weak it feels strained but now my shoulder hurts and my neck but the pressure in my head comes and goes feels like sinus pressure what should i do
