As per your query you have headache and itchiness in the nose along with twitching on the left side of my face, continuous left ear itchiness and running nose on the left side, the symptoms toms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons like benign paroxysmal positional vertigo , postnasal drip due to sinusitis, meniere s disease , acoustic neuroma , sinusitis and multiple sclerosis In this case the infection spread through eustachian tube and cause ear infection. Need not to worry. I suggest you to consult with ENT specialist for proper checkup so that there will not be any further complication . Doctor may order certain test like CT scan , MRI , blood test , audiometery test , and ECG to confirm the diagnosis .
