Suggest Treatment For Having Cyst At The Anal Opening

I'm a male, 63, in great shape...go to gym regularly & generally in good health. But I recently developed a cyst right at the opening of my anus. It started out as a soft pliable flap of skin, which I determined online to be an "Anal skin tag", but recently it has hardened & seems to be slowly growing. I just had an endoscopy (previous one was 2005) today & am scheduled for a colonoscopy on 11/29 (my first ever). I mentioned to the doc that I had an anal skin tag & he said shouldnt effect the colonoscopy, but it has since hardened & grown somewhat (he is gone for the holidays). What is the most likely diagnosis & will it prevent me from having my scheduled colonoscopy on 11/29 if it continues to grow and/or harden?

i have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* This is in relation with sentinel tag of skin , commonly known as external
pile .

* It`s growth is very slow , it will not prevent you from having your

Hope this clears your query .
