Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The cavernoma are usually not seen in the brain angiogram as they are with low blood flow.

For this reason, I would recommend consulting with a neurosurgeon and discussing surgery which is the best treatment option. There are no medical treatment options.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
