You have to see an Urologist. This is so as your problems are related to the testicles and kidney stones. The most probable reasons for your problem are: Hard testicles can be due to: Cancer Infection Post-torsion fibrosis. This can be very well diagnosed by a clinical evaluation and examination by an Urologist assisted by ultrasonography and color doppler examination of the scrotum and the whole abdomen for the genito-urinary system.
