I am suffering from gastric problem since last 10 years.

one doctor checked my stomatck by colonoscopy and advised that there is no any problem.

he told that your intestines are not habitual to do a motion. he has given me a indications-of-lactitol-monohydrate-and-ispaghula-husk-combination powder and a tegibs 6 ,Alp SR 0.5 mg tabs.

pl advise me

colonoscopy result

terminal ileum.ceacum normal,descending colon normal,rectum normal

tsh - 5.23,ldh - 135,fasting bs-83
