Suggest Treatment For Gas, Constipation, Back Pain And Belching

About a month ago I had dinner grilled meat and broccoli, at this time my mouth was sore, hours after eating I started having pain in my back ,under my right shoulder blade, dull stabbing pain. I thought may be it was gas I was going to take something, before I could, I started throwing up the food ,I assumed I had not chewed my food well. My back was sore until the next day. Since that incident I seem to have problems with gas, some constipation and back pain in the same area sometimes, also belching, but I have not had to throw up again. I don t have any pain in my chest or stomach. I am 53 and have never had any digestive issue until the incident mentioned above

Hello
I share your concern
Looking at your description it seems to be related to food poisoning, indigestion, hyperacidity triggered by grilled meat.

I would advise you to take antiacidity medicines like pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs with antacids for 2 to 3 days.
For back pain I would advise you to do stretching exercises and physiotherapy, if it doesn't help than you can take painkiller like diclofenac with muscle relaxant liek tizanidine/chorzoxazone.

if it persists or aggravates further than you should consult a gastroenterologist for an ultrasound or an endoscopy if need be.

Meanwhile have fresh fruits and boiled vegetables/ egg in your diet.
Avoid spicy and junk food and carbonated or caffeinated beverages.

Hope I could answer your question, please do let me know if you have any more queries, I will happily answer you.
Best wishes
