Suggest Treatment For Fungal Infection On Penis

I have a fungal infection including, candida in on the penis and groin, ringworm on arms and legs, suddenly horrible athletes foot, and a bad case of impetigo which does not respond to polysporin. I have had a fever for many days in a row. What should I do? I cant get in to see my doctor today or tomorrow because its a holiday

Hello
Thanks for query .
You have genital fungal infection with fungal skin infection in the groin and thigh since couple of days .

Take anti fungal medication like Fluconazole twice daily for 3 weeks along with topical anti fungal ointment like Meconazole for application over affected area twice daily

Observe proper personal hygiene by cleaning the affected area with warm water twice daily before applying ointment .
