Suggest Treatment For Frequent Nausea, Heart Burn, Gas, Stomach Pain And The Inability To Eat

Hello, I’ve been feeling decently nauseous multiple times throughout the day for the past week & 1/2. Symptoms: nausea, heartburn, gas, stomach pain, inability to force myself to eat. Most likely not pregnant. I’m getting really worried. I do not currently have health insurance, wondering if I should go to the hospital. Thanks in advance

Hi,

You might have a gastoesophageal reflex or liver infection. Avoid oily and spicy food, take more water, fruits and vegetables. Also, check for CBC and Liver function test (both blood tests).

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

While there could be many different causes of nausea and other digestive symptoms, it's important to get evaluated by a healthcare professional, especially if the symptoms are persistent and affecting your ability to eat.

If you don't have health insurance, you could consider seeking care at a community health clinic or urgent care center, which may offer lower-cost options for medical care. Some hospitals also offer financial assistance or payment plans for those without insurance.

In the meantime, you can try to manage your symptoms by avoiding spicy or greasy foods, eating small, frequent meals throughout the day, staying hydrated, and avoiding alcohol and tobacco. Over-the-counter medications such as antacids or acid reducers may also help relieve heartburn and other digestive symptoms.

However, if your symptoms worsen or you develop additional symptoms such as vomiting, fever, or severe abdominal pain, it's important to seek medical attention immediately, as these could be signs of a more serious condition.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
