General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Frequent bowel movements commonly occur due to medical conditions like Celiac disease, IBS, Crohn's disease.

Other causes can be taking a lot of coffee, having large amounts of veggies & fruits / fibers, stress or certain medications.

You should cut on caffeine & gluten. Commonly gluten intolerance leads to excessive bowel movements.

Maintain a healthy diet, low in sugars & processed food to have a normal regular bowel movement.

However, you are suggested to clinically get assessed by a GP to detect any liver problem, malabsorption issue, celiac. crohns disease, etc. You will have to go through blood & imaging tests. Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
