Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have gone through your query.
I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1) First of all do not panic.

2) In my opinion, it must be hypoplasia of inferior cerebellar vermis.
This is a peculiar anomaly of small brain( cerebellum).
If it is so, she needs to terminate the pregnancy.

3) Please follow the rules of the land related to medical abortion. Please get the pregnancy termination done.

4) I will suggest to get chromosomal analysis of the baby and both of you .
Let's get counselled from a genetic scientist about these reports.

5)I will sincerely suggest you that do not go ahead for next pregnancy unless all causes are ruled out. This will help to get down the stress on both of you that arises out of baby's anomalies.

I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
Wish you good health.
With regards
Dr Purushottam Neurgaonkar
