Suggest Treatment For Fatigue, Irregular Periods And Facial Hair

For 6 years now I have had brainfog, headaches, fatigue, irregular periods, mild facial hair that I pluck almost daily, cold intolerance, ringing in one ear, mild hairloss and overall feeling of "yuck" I am 35 with 3 small children(one of which I took fertility meds to get pregnant) Seen Neuro, Endo, ENT, 2 PCP's The only labs that were of any signifigance were Vitamin D 27 and Iron level 2 points below range(can't remember?) Could Vitamin D help? How long would it take? One PCP thought I had systemic yeast and put my on Nystatin for 3 months with yeast diet-NO help.
