Suggest Treatment For Fatigue And Dizziness
I am a 48 year old healthy female. I have been have tingly lips for about a month. I have had a few episodes happen where I get extreme fatigue (yawning continually) out of nowhere, followed by heart palpitations, jaw irritability and dizziness to the point of feeling like I am going to pass out. It seems to somewhat remedy itself after several minutes.

According to your symptoms I am suspecting Anemia.
if I was your treating physician,I would have asked you to do following tests:-
1.Complete Blood Count
2.serum Iron profile
3.serum B12 level
4. Stool for occult blood
After the reports we can decide further treatment.
