Suggest Treatment For Excessive Menstrual Bleeding Due To Premenopausal Symptoms

I am 46 years old and have two children delivered via C-Section. I have a septated uterus (1/3 to 1/2 the length of the uterus). I am perimenapausal and have been experiencing severe excessive menstrual bleeding which is causing my anemia. I have seen two gyn's to address this issue and am trying to explore options. My rheumatoid doc won't allow me to go birth control because of my "threat" of lupus. My understanding is that I can't use an IUD--although I like this option the best. And an ablation is complicated since I would have to use the HTA (hot water) system, which very few doctors perform and almost none have experience with a septated uterus. Can you offer any options?
