Suggest Treatment For Excessive Drowsiness In A Neuropathy Patient

Detreaar sir<,my dad is 81 yrs. In jan he was hospitalised and treated as he had infection in his oesophogus. Whilst in hospital he was constipated and was later treated for that and put on lesuride tabs 3x daily> He has been a diabetic since 30 yrs and his right hand trembles also neuropathy, cannot feel sensation in his feet and has no balance in his gait. he was diagnosed and given medications Syndopa plus 3x and amantrel once at night. Since last three weeks complains of sleepless nights ans wakes up looking dopey and drowsy and in short washed out. Prior to this he was able to bathe,dress, walk with little aid of someone, eat by himself using his left hand as the right one trembles. Since 4 WEEKS he Has become weak cannot do things by himself needs help in everything and constant state of drowsiness and falling asleep> Even to turn in bed has become a problem and raising himself up too. Pls help has been diagnosed properly
