Dapoxetine is a short acting SSRI which has been approved in many countries for treatment of premature ejaculation. It reaches maximum concentration an hour after oral intake. But recent studies show that it also has a documented side effect of erectile failure in about 4 % users. Unfortunately it is happening with you. If it happens with any of my client, then I suggest them to reduce the dose to half and to indulge in sexual activity after 1.5-2 hours of intake. I also wonder why do you take Dapoxetine at this young age. I suggest you to visit a psychiatrist or sexologist who may advise you to stop the drug or try with half of the dose. One thing more, anal sex is not a safe sex practice and it may cause genital tract infection in male and then in female. My humble request is to consider this risk before indulging in such an act.
