hello, mister i have understood your problem... i dont know your age..so according to age the causes are different..

in a young healthy male person the cause of erectile dysfunction is usually psychological, mostly stress or poor sexual performance in the past, excessive anxiety about sex, depression....except the presence of any neurological disorder in the early life or type 1 diabetes mellitus from the early age..

in elder people, after 45 years of age , the causes are usually due to aging, long term hypertension and diabetes, any neurodegenerative disorder, injury to spinal cord in the lower back..etc...
so the causes are different according to age...the venous leak usually develops after long term hypertension and particularly when it is not controlled with medications..other conditions are high blood cholesterol, diabetes, obesity, coronary artery disease..etc..

so to improve your erection u can go for remedies as per your cause...psychological ED usually improves with control of the anxiety about sexual performance and for that u can take anxiolytic medication before going for sex..like clonzepam 0.25 mg tablet as and when required..

regular exercises, yoga and meditation along with some relaxation exercises would benefit..

if u have uncontrolled blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol levels then consult a physician and ask for help....

soft glans has nothing to do with erectile dysfunction...

i hope this advice will be helpful to you..best luck..
