Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

I am 22 years old. I was diagnosed with jaundice 3 times in the past 4 years. Ive observed that Ive started losing erections and now I dont get as stiff as I did when I was 17, nor am I able to hold an erection for a very long time. The colour of my urine is dark yellow and so is the color of my semen. Ive also lost considerable weight over the years.What could be the problem? and what should I do in order to cure myself from this erection as well as health problem?

You need to be investigated properly.
It is better if you can undergo complete health check up including LFT.
Once your general condition is perfectly alright, you need to be examined by a doctor and you have to undergo penile or pelvic blood flow studies, nocturnal penile tumescence testing, or other blood tests if necessary. If Erectile Dysfunction is diagnosed then you can be started on Tab.TD pill half an hour before sexual act and ignitor powder mixed with milk daily for 30 days.
