Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Dear Sir,



My name is sumit , 26 M ,married 8 months ago, after marrige unable to do intercose, now treated by Appolo hospital but no improvement observed, i am suffering from ED, and no proper hardness in penis to achive erection, i have no other diseses,

please help me on this issue,

Welcome to healthcaremagic,
If you consume alcohol you need stop or cut down on your alcohol as alcohol acts as a depressant and it may decrease your erection. If you are a smoker you need to quit smoking as Nicotine present in cigarette is a strong vasoconstrictor and will narrow the blood vessels and reduce blood flow to penis, which will effect erection.
Stress and anxiety are also common causes that effect erection so try to relax yourself and do yoga or other form of exercises which will relax your body. This is very important but neglected by many patients. Do at least 30 minutes of exercise daily.
Foods which are helpful for you are listed below:
1. Green leafy vegetables such as spinach
2. Dark Chocolates
3. Tomatoes
4. Watermelon
5. Pistachios
These foods increase blood supply and help in improving erection over a period of time.
Use of penis pump and durgs are also recommended for which you will need to be evaluated by a physician first.
