hi I have a problem when my penis gets erect, it splits the skin just behind the head nearly every time. I am not circumcised and it seems that i have a tight ring of skin around the shaft thaat splits. I would be most grateful if you have any thoughts on this thank you.

If you are not circumcised and if your skin cannot be pulled back completely to uncover the glans penis, you should go for circumcision.
