My penis is firm to the touch while in a flaccid state (looks flaccid, feels firm). It is not hard as it would be if it was erect. It merely feels like the cavernosa are 'tensed' up. It is definately not symptomatic of priapism. I am able to get and maintain an erection while lying down. However, they are fairly weak and when I stand up, the erection begins to subside. I had sex the day prior to when these symptoms arose. It was not rough or aggressive, however, both doctors I saw did see slight bruising in the foreskin area. Both doctors are stumped by the symptoms and have basically adopted a "wait and see" approach. I understand their position, but am still quite nervous. Any light you may be able to shed would be appreciated.
