Hi
Thanks for writing and I have gone through your problem.
I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.
Based on the information provided, it points towards the diagnosis of erectile dysfunction.
Having erection trouble from time to time isn't necessarily a cause for concern. If erectile dysfunction is an ongoing issue, it can be cause of concern.
As you have said it was first time, it is common to happen, I would suggest you not to worry and relax, it is more of your anxiety which has caused this.
Erectile dysfunction is the inability to get and keep an erection firm enough for sex.
Combination of physical and psychological issues causes erectile dysfunction. Physical includes any medical illness, apart from these smoking, Alcoholism and other forms of substance abuse. Psychological causes Depression, anxiety or other mental health conditions, Stress, Relationship problems due to stress, poor communication or other concerns.

I would have suggested you to tackle the cause that is been mentioned if present, like If you smoke, quit. Avoid alcohol, Lose excess pounds, including physical activity in your daily activity, Working through relationship issues if present.

If this conservative approach does not seems to help, oral medications like Viagra, Cialis, are available to successfully treat ED.

I would always suggest that before taking any medication for erectile dysfunction, including over-the-counter supplements and herbal remedies, it is good to consult a doctor.

Yet again, I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that you have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.
Take care
