yes sir, I am 28 years old .my name is arup kundu,resides at durgapur,west bengal. i am an unmarried young person.due to over hand practice I am suffering from nightfalls from six years ago.due to this desease the density of my sperm become very low and i am feeling too much weak And I am suffering from Erectile dysfunction.Now I am also suffering from urinal discharge.When my penish slightly erect a little quantityof semen comes out automaticaIly from there. take many types of Allopathic and Homeopathic medicine to come out of this desease but not a single result I get till now.please prescribbed me some medicine which can increase the quality and quantity of my sperm.
