Hello, Ear pain with discharge indicates acute otitis media through some sort of bacterial or fungal infection of the middle ear, the same should be addressed to expert ENT specialist for a further cure. At present, covering the eye with a cotton plug and avoiding water poring and pinning will help greatly. The pimples in groin area only appearing around menses period, seems doubtful as nothing specific pathology pertains to this presentation.
