Ear Pain During Dialysis?

I work in an incenter hemodialysis unit. We have a patient that has excruciating ear pain during dialysis. This seems to end with the end of her treatment. We have had CT scans done, she has seen an ENT specialist , treated with pain meds, and still no relief . Nothing abnormal on CT scans or MRI. Do you have any thoughts on this.
