Suggest Treatment For Ear Infection And Mastoiditis

I had droopy eye after botox (by a family doctor) that never really went away, then I developed a chronic conjuctivitis, saw three eye Drs, given different antibiotics, but it always came back, then sudden onset of eye pain swelling, developed a corneal ulcer that was treated successfully with a three month round the clock regimen of antibiotics. his dx: just sjogens syndrome, use lub. drops PRN. two months later I still had some eye swelling but developed an ear infection, then mastoiditis, (all on the left side) now three weeks later my teeth began to break off at the roots and xrays show infected roots in at least 7 teeth I have severe pain, facial swelling, severe fatigue, continued eye drainage, I feel like an 80 year old woman. I have decided to have all my teeth removed, which for me, a 48 year old ex 'homecoming queen' was not easy. I am also an RN for 26 years, I am never sick, also I know somehow all this has to be related but each specialist won't confirm, What is your advice?
