Suggest Treatment For Ear Pain And Infection
My daughter 4yrs old had Mastoiditis twice in a year. She keeps complaining of ear pain but her ENT says her ears look fine there has been no fever. She did have an ear infection a week ago in her right ear but both ears have pain. Very confused as to why she is having pain. PLEASE HELP-THANK YOU

Mastoiditis is a bacterial infection of the mastoid bone.
As you have mentioned only ear pain, it might be due to the recurrence of ear infection (otitis media) which are common in children.
I advise you to consult an ENT and let these tests be done for a clear picture of the lesion (if any).
1. Otoscopy
2. Pure-tone and Impedance audiometry
3. X-ray
4. ear culture (suspecting mastoiditis?)
