Suggest Treatment For Dysuria With High Pus Cell Count

I am suffering from dysuria. When I got my urine test report it says no growth but the pus cell count is 40-50 and Albumin positive with hazy urine appearance. Is it very bad. Suffering from dysuria about 5/6 days and taking antibiotics and antispasmodic drugs.
