i had pain in my groin which was quite acute happened on standing i did not take rest i continued activity to the best of my ability pain never got better some times radiated to the leg end of january i was reffered for physio pain got slightly better but i struggled to go to work now my mri done on the 19th of february reveals that i have large disc prolapse at two levels with compression of L4 nerve root and facet desease and small disc prolapse at most of the lumbar discs what should i do
