Suggest Treatment For 'disc Degeneration At C5-C6 Level' On MRI

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...

My MRI shows that: C5-C6 disc is degenerate and has lost height and there is a diffuse posterior disc-oethophyte bar at this level which indents the theca but does not compress the cord. It causes moderate narrowing of the left neural exit foramen and minor narrowing of the right neural exit foramen. The other cervical discs are dehydrated but there are no other disc herniations or osteophyte bars.

What is the prognosis? What treatment do I need?
