Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
IBS as is called irritable bowel syndrome and you are a known patient with diarrhea dominance with the known instigating factors like some foods, poor sleep, stress and emotional attacks and on crying a lot.
Since the instigating factors are known, you have to avoid all these factors at any cost. Make a list of the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the problems, stick on the refrigerator and not to take any of these at all.
Also chart out the factors that trouble you emotionally, cause stress and avoid all these factors; it is not impossible to keep way from all such things and the effect is tremendous improvement.
Medicines like Amitriptylene and Chlordiazepoxide do help and need modulation in the dosages from time to time.
But remember, prevention is better than cure.
Take all these precautions, change the lifestyle and see you will be improved a lot.
