Suggest Treatment For Depression And Anxiety

I am suffering from depression & anxiety since last 4 years. at present iam taking Doxepin 225mg,Quitipin SR 400mg & Lamitor 200 mg.
Still during day i am having feeling of depression,anxiety & fear. during night i used to see disturbing.dreams.Please suggest suitable alternative

I think, you have bipolar depression. In that case, you should add one more antidepressant or benzodiazepine in your prescription. I would suggest you paroxetine. It would help to control anxiety symptoms as well as depressive. For bad dream, you can take benzodiazepine on sos basis. Rest, you can consult your psychiatrist.
