Hi,
Vaginal dryness might be due to
douches/ frequent schitz's bath/ice application,
Even few medicines like antiallergics cause it,
Vaginal infections ,( which seem to be excluded by your doctor)
smoking, hormonal imbalance, ovarian problems, diabetes can cause it.
* you need to consult a gynecologist for local examination, investigations,to pin point the diagnosis & specific treatment.
Treatment of the cause
Usually such patients need-Moisturizer as a home remedy/ stopping smoking/douching/ice application.
Use of lactic acid BV vaginal pessaries to correct vaginal PH & flora,
Estrogen cream/pessaries as per advise after confirmed diagnosis.
Thanks
