My four year old has always had problems with constipation. She also holds her bowel movemants. She sometimes has blood in her stool and today she had bright red blood and clotty blood. What should o do. No abdominal pain or anything else other than it hurys to push it out because of the size .

2) Eat more fiber, especially soluble, non-fermentable fiber.
3) Exercise more.
4) Drink coffee, especially caffeinated coffee.
5) Take senna, an herbal laxative.
