Suggest Treatment For Constipation, Lower Abdominal Pain And Lower Back Pain
Hi i have been having constipation for about 5 weeks been to the doctors had medication movical but nothing has changed.. I get lower abdominal pain on my left side, then lower back pain. I have started itching all over my body especially lower back and legs. It gets itchy and burning.

Need not to worry. You should take plenty of fluids. I would suggest you to avoid above mentioned foods , eat light and non spicy specially at night , take light walk after every meal , eat small and frequent meals. If condition doesn't get well then consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order ultrasound , endoscopy along with stool test . Doctor may prescribe laxative , anti inflammatory along with antacids .
