Suggest Treatment For Congested Nose And Sore Ear After Treated Ear Infection

Hi. I went to a minute clinic yesterday for nasal congestion and swore ears. i thought i may have ear infection because the pain is fairly bad. They said from allergies my tympanic membranes are swolen and i have dull ear drums. they gave me some steroid nasal spray told me to continue taking zyrtec and sent me on my way. My ears are worse today than yesterday. Is this normal? Should I go see my pcp? Or give it more time?

Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You may be suffering from ear congestion due to infection or allergy. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day and salt water gargling for five days. Use tablet lecope-AD for five days. If symptoms have not improved, please consult with your ENT specialist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
