Oncologist 's  Response
Hi
Since you were diagnosed with stage 2 colon cancer treatment consist only surgery.
But i would suggest u do regular follow up by doing blood for CEA test and CT scan of whole abdomen every 3 monthly.
As your TSH is high u need to take hypothyroid medications.
Consult your local endocrinologist regarding this.

DR De.

Oncologist Dr. Monish De's  Response
Hi

I would advise you to do a PET scan.
If the tumour has progressed then second line chemotherapy has to be started.
