Hello,

Depression itself may cause pain in the head and neck.

Other possibilities like cervical spondylosis or infection or anemia or neck muscle spasm etc.

Drink plenty of water and liquids. Painkillers and antidepressants may useful. use tablet tramadol with paracetamol for a headache. Do yoga and meditation.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
