General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understand your query.
- Lumber pain needs MRI to locate the site & severity of the lesion. You can consult a spine surgeon for specific pain management due to lumber pain ( anti inflammatory pills/ Local steroid injection/ physiotherapy or surgery. You can manage to reduce/ stop the dosage of Hydrocodone.
- Fibromyalgia can be treated with combination of physiotherapy ( exercises), pain medicines, psychotherapy to combat depression. You need to consult a fibromyalgia specialist for offering a suitable combination of various drugs used for relief . But out of all regular exercises give natural pain relievants being secreted to offer reduction of pain & ease of movements.
Thanks.
