Suggest Treatment For Chronic Insomnia

i am suffering from chronic insominia .i am on alprazolam and zolpidem from last ten years.i tried to leave them now only occasionaly i used to take alprex. i tried gaba also sometimes works. now i am unable to manage insominia i am addicted to tea i am trying to leave tea. presently i am trying kava kava herb it wont work well situation is chronic.i have no alternative to start sleep medication again eszopiclone or anything else and shirodhara till i dont regulate my routine.i have just gone through the american sleep association clinical trail. medicines and cbt therapies.diagnostic tests for deficiency of gaba . i dont know the standard treatment regime or protocal or test for best treatment to understand the route cause of problem and then recommend right medicine.

u can try tab zolpidame 10 mg or tab clonazepam .5 mg if needed
identify any stress related area and working on it

if u have any other psychological symptoms apart from insomnia like depression and anxiety etc than treatment of it is necessary
consult psychiatrist for that
following will helpful to get natural sleep

fix schedule of sleep and stick on it
no day time nap
avoid smoking
avoid alcohol
avoid tea coffee soft drink before sleep
do exercise that make u fatigue
meditation and stress free work
use bed only when u sleepy
light music while u sleep
cool and calm bed room etc
