Suggest Treatment For Chronic Constipation And Migraines

Ok, so me and my brother are both suffering from chronic constipation and I m also experiencing migraines at the same time. My brother is 11 and has tonsillitis and we cannot get his tonsils removed because my family is too poor and I need medical attention to figure out what is wrong with us and this constipation. Also I have been trying to find a foundation that can help us as children because our parents do not care at all about our health anymore. We both eat a balanced diet in fibers and vitamins and the only thing I can rule out is that its a disease or something.. I need help asap because I am always in pain. I am a 15 year old female.

Hi,

Check for hypothyroidism as it is one of the reason for Constipation. Find out whether you have this hypothyroidism. Apart from taking plenty of fibers you also need to have adequate water. Two to three liters of water per day. Take fruits and Oats. Tonsillitis needs proper attention. Try to prioritize it. Have warm water early in the morning soon after you wake up. Mornings after good sleep usually helps in passing motion. Drink plenty of warm water during mornings or after good meal. Both of the situations help in passing stools. Banana also helps in constipation.
