Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Breathing Difficulty

I don t know how to come about with this but for the last week I ve had this strange problem and I think it might be gas related because I ve been gassy lately. Or even stress related because of my bad anxiety. This just happens to give me more anx than I already do! It feels like a stabbing pain on my left side. I m only 17 so I feel like this is something not that serious, but it sucks because it keeps me up at night and it hurts to breathe in. Any suggestions what to do about this?

Hi welcome to HCM.
The presence of chest pain in your case is related to underlying anxiety, stress and acid reflux symptoms.I advice you to have a baseline EKG.Drugs like Pantoprazole and alprazolam can largely control your symptoms.Stress management is vital.Regular physical exercise will help.Consult your doctor for further help.
Thank you
